Chicken Curry

Ingredients:

  • 1 JuicyBite chicken breast (Tandoori or Ancient Spice flavor)

  • 1/2 cup store-bought curry sauce (any brand works: Japanese, Indian, Thai)

  • 1/4 cup coconut milk or water (optional, for thinning)

  • Microwave rice or naan

  • Optional: chopped cilantro or green onions

Instructions:

  1. Heat the Chicken: Microwave JuicyBite chicken for 60–90 seconds, then slice or shred.

  2. Warm the Sauce: In a small pot or pan, heat curry sauce. Add coconut milk or water if you want it thinner.

  3. Combine: Stir in the chicken and let it simmer for 2–3 minutes.

  4. Serve: Plate with rice or naan. Top with cilantro or green onions if you’re feeling fancy.
